Meet Our Team

C.V. has been active in the biotech/biomedical industry since 1980 with Cetus Corporation, one of the original biotechnology companies. He received his undergraduate degree in Bacteriology and his master’s degree in Public Health from U.C. Berkeley. He earned his Ph.D. in Tumor Cell Biology from Northwestern University in 1989 and was a post-doctoral fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center. His research efforts have led to approved therapies for systemic fungal infections, Multiple Sclerosis, and certain cancers. He is a member of the American Chemistry Society and AAAS.
